How long will it take to fix my car?
- The day we receive authorization from either the customer or the insurance company is the day we start to work on the car. We will not sit on the car without working on it. There are many variables in auto repair that determine the length of time to fix a car. How much damage, availability of parts and if frame pulls are needed are just a few. So, basically, every repair is different, and an estimate of the repair time will be given when the estimate of damage is complete.
Can S & S handle the insurance claim?
- Yes! As soon as we get the claim number from your insurance company, we can process your claim. You must obtain a claim number from the insurance agent to start the process.
Does S & S provide rental cars?
- We have a long standing relationship with several car rental agencies that will pick you up at our facility when you drop off your car for repair.
Do you guarantee your work?
- Yes! We guarantee our work for as long as you own your car! The one exception is certain types of rust work.
Can you match the paint on my car?
- Yes! We have the most modern technologies for paint matching available. Our painters have over forty five years of combined experience painting cars and matching color.
My insurance company said I should go to another shop. What should I do?
- By law you are not obligated to use any particular shop for repairs. Where you go for repairs is completely up to you. Your insurance company CANNOT make you go to their preferred shop! We have a strong working relationship with all insurance companies. We work with them to properly repair your vehicle at no additional cost to you.
My car was hit real hard and needs extensive frame work. Will it ever look, drive or feel the same?
- Yes! We have the latest technology and experienced technicians to fix your vehicle and bring it back to pre-accident condition. We guarantee our work for as long as you own your vehicle.
