S & S did a great job on my Altima. They made the whole process as seamless as possible. I dropped off a wreck and got my new car back the very next week!

It was recommended that I go to S&S by a friend when I got into an accident last month. Now I owe a favor because they did a fantastic job on my 2010 Lexus. The whole rear end was wiped out, but now it looks like new. They even matched the color (lime green metallic) perfectly! They took care of the insurance company and even got me a rental car. Thanks S&S and thanks Jessica for telling me to go there!!!

Accident Tips

  • Move your vehicle to a safe place, then stop and identify yourself to the other driver. (Some local laws may require the vehicle to be left as is.) If the vehicle can.t be moved, turn on hazard lights. Seek medical help, if needed, and call the police. Tell the police who you are, where you are and explain any injuries.
  • Exchange information with other driver(s), including name, address, phone #, insurance info, and drivers license #. A list of any and all passengers and witnesses is helpful.
  • Get the names and badge #'s of any police officers who arrive on the scene. Also get copies of all police reports.
  • Avoid any extensive discussions about responsibility or blame. If the other driver admits blame and money is exchanged, any future claim against the driver may be compromised. Not all damage or bodily injury is always apparent at the time of the accident.
  • Write a complete description of the accident as soon as possible. Include details such as weather, estimated speeds and time of day. Be as accurate as possible.
  • Take photos of the accident scene and damage, if possible.
  • Have the vehicle towed to a repair facility.
  • Notify your insurance company of the accident as soon as possible.
